Last December (2009) I had weight loss surgery. After my surgery I began to take 30/60/90 religiously and my whole life changed. Every class I learned something new my body COULD do for the first time. I learned to trust and love my body’s new abilities. Now 135 pounds smaller, I am stronger, faster and healthier. I now know I can do anything as long as I work hard, show up, and do my best in and out of the gym! Kristi showed me that and reminds me every time I see her. .

“I decided to go back to college as an older adult and I gained the freshman…. well let’s just say it was more than what they say you gain! Then I found 30/60/90 and my life was forever changed. I lost 20 pounds in 3 months doing 30/60/90 3-4 times per week! Thank you Kristi for making me feel and look better than ever!”

“When I had my son six months ago, I thought I would never get my old body back. Thanks to Kristi’s 30/60/90, I was able to quickly shed my baby weight, and 30/60/90 Core has left me with abs that look even better than before I was pregnant!”

“Six years ago I had flesh-eating bacteria in my inner right arm, which resulted in removal of all muscles that operated my right hand. After 2 1/2 years of (13) surgeries I now have modified use of my hand. The past few years I have been lifting weights again, but nothing has had the impact on my physical shape as much as the 30/60/90 classes have. At 39 years of age these classes have gotten me in the best shape of my life. This I am grateful for. Thank you, Kristi.”

“30/60/90 played a key part in my NYC Marathon preparation. I had never run a marathon so I needed to step up my endurance training and 30/60/90 was the perfect fit. The program can be tailored to help you achieve your specific exercise goals, so I picked versions of each drill that were geared towards improving speed and endurance. They say that the marathon is all mental – 26.2 miles is a lot of thinking time. 30/60/90 motivated me to do the things that really challenged me (think squat thrusts) and it helped me cross the finish line.”

“I used to get on the treadmill and hold my heartbeat to 133 max, the number printed on the treadmill for my age group. Later I let it get as high as 150 in cardio classes, thinking that a faster rate could cause damage. Then I went for a stress/echo test. The cardiologist said that my heart was completely healthy: “If you can get that sucker up to 200, do it.” Along came 30/60/90. I took a class and though I would melt down to mush. I had never breathed so hard; my heartbeat had never gone up so high. Gradually I became conditioned and the class became bearable, though still tough as hell. I watched my max go through the 160′s, hitting a new high every few months. Now it generally tops out around 170-174. Three months ago it hit a new lifetime high of 181 (breaking 180 was something I thought I’d never see). I have a varied conditioning program: personal training for weightlifting and for balance/alignment, cardio classes, sculpt classes, Pilates, abs, yoga, and stretching. 30/60/90 is an indispensable component, because it is the only one that is flat-outhard for the entire period. There is zero comfort zone. It’s given me better health, more endurance, more strength, weight control, better sleep, and improved mental concentration. I am 65 years old and I’ve never felt this good.”

“As a Division I swimmer in college, I was in terrific shape at age 22 but after I graduated and moved to NYC, I quickly fell out of my daily workout routine and started gaining weight and getting more and more out of shape. I would run a couple times a week, but I really missed the camaraderie and competitive nature of training in a team-like setting with other people. A friend convinced me to try 30/60/90 and within weeks I felt better and started trimming pounds. Now almost 2 years into it, I take class several times a week and have totally transformed my body, and I feel like I’m in even better shape now than I was during my peak years in college. 30/60/90′s HIIT training technique of combining intense cardio and weights has obliterated the fat on my body and completely toned my arm, peck and abs muscles. Not only that, the class makes you feel like you have the 1-on-1 attention of a personal trainer. I would HIGHLY recommend 30/60/90 for anybody who wants to get into amazing shape, transform their body, and look and feel great!!!”

“30/60/90 is a fun workout, it flows smoothly and it actually works! It is challenging and pushes you out of your comfort zone. Doing the routine 2-3 times a week tremendously improved my fitness level. My resting heart rate and recovery time decreased noticeably. Combining three months of regular 30/60/90 with healthy and wholesome nutrition plan that promotes muscle growth and burning fat decreased my body fat by 4% while I lost 10 pounds. 30/60/90 totally flipped my muscle to body fat ratio upside down.”
