What is High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T)?

H.I.I.T. is a hybrid of both strength training and cardiovascular work. Short bursts of incredibly intense exercise are followed by longer intervals of less intense exercise instead of traditional periods of rest.

Kristi recommends at least twice a week. Otherwise it never gets easier. Your body will adapt to interval training, but it needs consistency.
